The Approach:
- Week 1: Set up a free HubSpot CRM account and built a simple pipeline
- Week 1: Completed all carrier certifications and AHIP
- Week 2: Started with warm market — reached out to 12 personal contacts who were 63–67 years old
- Week 3: Completed a Medicare review for a family member of a personal contact
- Week 3: First enrollment — a Medicare Advantage plan for a prospect who had been confused about their current plan's costs
